This month's topic: Understanding Baby's Cues

Your baby's cues are their way of communicating with you. I'm tired, I'm thirsty, I'm uncomfortable or I just need a cuddle - every message has its own signal, and parents quickly learn how to recognise these different cues. Responding to your baby's cues will help your baby develop a sense of trust in his ability to influence his environment, and will help them form a trusting attachment to you. Massage is a wonderful way bonding with your baby, and responding to their cues throughout, and hereby increasing their trust in you.

This month's topic: Sleep tips

Your new baby has changed your life completely, and you love them more than you thought was possible. However, your broken sleep can be exhausting, so you need to try to get some rest and help baby to get into a good sleep routine. Massage is a wonderful way of calming both you and your baby, ready for a restful night for all.

This month's topic: What is Colic?

Colic is an attack of crying and what appears to be abdominal pain in early infancy (babies). Colic is a common condition and is estimated to affect at least 20% of babies during their first few months. Some treatments include: swaddling, a warm bath or massage, to soothe the uncomfortable symptoms.
